Singer and multi-instrumentalist who is widely hailed as a master of several traditional Persian instruments, including the tanbour, oud and daf. He has released several acclaimed solo albums, such as Solo Passage (2006) and All Is Calm (2008).' He began learning to sing at age 7 and trained under several major Persian classical musicians.
