NASCAR driver who went on an unprecedented winning streak in the 60's, winning events like the Daytona 500, the Virginia 500 and the World 600. He is considered one of the premiere stars of the sport's "Golden Era" and was inducted into the NASCAR Hall of Fame in 2015. He started racing modified stock cars after high school and made his NASCAR debut at Langhorne Speedway in 1956.
