English actor who starred as Ephialtes in director Zack Snyder's 300, which was based on the graphic novel by Frank Miller. As a TV actor, he appeared in the BBC series Prisoners' Wives. He moved to London in 1984 to study at the Drama Centre London. He made his film debut in 1991's Edward II.
