After winning the 2010 Miss Arizona USA pageant title, she competed in both the Miss USA and Miss Guam Universe pageants, winning the latter beauty contest. She is also famous for her three-year career as a dancer for the NBA team the Phoenix Suns. In 2009, she earned her bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism from Arizona State University.
