While serving as a member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly, this Indian politician also held a number of ministerial positions, presiding over the assembly's Sports & Youth Welfare and Food & Civil Supplies committees. After graduating from Colonel Ganj Inter College Allahabad in the late 1980s, he earned a law degree from Lucknow University.
