Debuting an original single called "Pothum" online, Sai would be signed by Rebelstar Records with whom he would release his first album. He would later release albums titled Be Right Back and Simmasanam - The Throne. He began his career in the industry as a Tamil rapper, one of the youngest and first to hit the UK.
