American singer and songwriter whose rendition of Bob Dylan's song "Forever Young" aired on the FX television series Sons of Anarchy. She has written songs for such platinum artists as Avicii, Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood and Little Big Town. She spent her childhood onstage in various Oklahoma City community theaters, and her teenage years were spent singing in talent shows and teaching herself how to play guitar and piano.
